Decaf Sugar Cane Processed Colombia
This decaf was processed by a newer method called Sugar Cane Process. Unlike water processed decaf, the coffee beans are kept at origin where sugar cane often grows. Ethyl acetate is an organic compound derived from sugar cane and removes 97% of the caffeine. It also leaves a sweeter taste! This coffee roasts a much denser bean so, if you do not brew by weighing your coffee, you can dial back your volume about 10% to brew a balanced cup of coffee. This is a medium roast profile.
