Ethiopia Hamasho Experimental Dry Ferment

This coffee is our favorite for 2025! As experimental coffees continue to become more popular among specialty producers and roasters, this is one of the most balanced we've had yet. This special dry ferment process takes place in dry barrels after the cherry is washed from the bean.  The results give the brewed coffee abundant multi layered flavors of florals and tropical fruits.
