Mexico - Sierra Azul

The Sierra Azul Cooperative is situated within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas Mexico, one of the largest cloud forests! Founded in 2010 by young local growers, the cooperative is now compromised of a few hundred members. 

We chose to roast this coffee on a light to medium profile in order to develop the rich sweetness it naturally offers. You may notice tasting notes of an herbal black tea with a lingering caramel aftertaste. Tasting notes can vary based on brew methods!
